Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse within 5 business days, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped you will receive within 7-10 business days of its ship date, within the continental US, or 2-4 weeks international. If you need your items sooner, please contact us for expedited shipping options before ordering. Shipping times are approximate and may vary. We do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.

Returns & Replacements
Please check merchandise immediately. All damage claims must be processed within ten days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase. No returns accepted unless accompanied by a return authorization form as provided by If By Sea. Any items showing signs of wear, tampering, label removal, etc will be refused.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Any unpaid or open invoices will be charged to the credit card on file.
